The position is responsible for conducting the end-to-end Recruitment process, ensuring that the company attracts and hires efficient and effective talents in a timely manner, and also providing necessary HR general administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Employee Screening
- Maintain payroll, company benefits, and good company culture.
- Ensure effective and routine Performance Evaluation is done by each departments
- Develop clearer communication channels among teams
- Provide feedback to employees & recognize accomplishment
- Resolve any issues or disputes among employees
- Form policies that enforce a fair workplace for all employees
- Maintain good employee relations by promoting a positive and constructive company culture that motivates employees to stay and perform at their best.
- Enforcement of Disciplinary Actions
- Manage all employee records in an organized manner
- Responsible for finding and implementing training programs to ensure that employees are at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and other instruments.
- Initiate company events to promote camaraderie
Qualifications
- Candidate must have Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience specializing in end-to-end Talent Acquisition/Recruitment process;
- Work related experience in F&B or Staffing Company is an advantage.
- Has above-average verbal and written communication skills
- Can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work from Monday-Friday
- Willing to report for work in Makati.

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
