Are you an Admitted Attorney with a passion for property?

Our client is a listed Real Estate Investment company with a mission to create revolutionary spaces that change lives. They are looking for an experienced Real Estate Legal Advisor to provide support to various divisions and report into the Head of Legal. The responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to, conducting legal research and keeping abreast of developments in the law, providing credible legal advice to the business, ensuring the company's legal compliance and drafting of contracts such as, Service Level Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, Purchase and Sales Agreements and Non-GLA Agreements.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Admitted Attorney.
• BA LLB or any other relevant tertiary education.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the real estate sector.
