What to Expect
Our Fleet Strategy & Operations Team is part of our Business Planning Team within the Sales & Delivery Organization. The Fleet Strategy & Operations Team are responsible for the optimization of our operating fleet vehicle assets across EMEA. The Fleet Vehicle Intern will work with stakeholders across the business related to the Internal Fleet and have key responsibilities to improve the tracking, assignments and data accuracy of internal vehicles in use. Our Fleet Vehicle Intern should have the ability to interpret data, document the current state and identify improvements in the context of internal fleet vehicle assignments. Good problem-solving and cross-functional stakeholder management skills are key in achieving success.
Developing data management and analytical strengths and problem-solving skills, along with cross-functional and stakeholder relationship management are key learning goals. The Fleet Vehicle Intern will also learn to think from inside the internal customer’s perspective, define problem statements, propose data error elimination and recommend solutions in achieving purposeful data accuracy, reviewing worthwhile related metrics and key performance indicators and generating reoccurring insights. A team player with passion for data accuracy, continuous improvement, project coordination and digital tools and systems would be a great addition to our team.

- Preferably studying in relevant subject
- Data-driven decision ability
- C1 level in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills, you will be in contact with different internal teams across EMEA
- Proficient numerical and analytical skills to ensure smooth coordination
- Presentation and influencing skills with the ability to work cross-functionally; interacting with all levels and partner functions inside and outside the Sales & Delivery organization
- Intermediate or developing skills in Excel
- Experience with analytical tools (eg. Tableau, SQL) are a PLUS
- Desire to take initiative, eager to learn, result-oriented and creative strategic thinker
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, multitask and prioritize appropriately
- Thriving in team setting
